The past few days I was down with sore throat and cold symptoms. A few plans got to be cancelled and I stayed home. I used the time to catch up with some book note takings that haven’t been done for a while.
To my surprise, I had a pile of many books to do. If you remember, I have shared about how I do my notecards -I put away the book I have read for a month before I revisit them again and write down my notes. The first year of doing this, I had no problem, and it seems sustainable. However, the system is no longer working for me this year. I read more books faster than I used to, and I use audiobook and eBook as well. Revisiting audiobook and ebook is very difficult to do, if not impossible mission.
For that reasons, I am changing the way I am doing my notecards. Either I will be doing it right away after I finish a chapter or after the whole book is done.
